Event Highlights

SPRING INTO BLOOM 2025:

We’re still glowing from the joy and connection we felt at our recent Spring into Bloom Tea and Luncheon! It was a beautiful day filled with laughter, music, delicious treats, and — most importantly — love and support for our shelter cats.

From the moment guests arrived, there was a wonderful sense of community in the air. Thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and volunteered, the event was a great success — and a true celebration of spring, compassion, and feline friendship.

 

Highlights of the Day Included:

• 🎁 A variety of exciting door prizes, including two generous gift baskets donated by Lynn.

• 🎨 Original paw-sitive artwork created by three of our resident cats — Dove, Lindsay, and Sunny — which were a big hit!

• 🎶 Beautiful live music by Matt and Peter, setting the perfect mood for the afternoon.

• 🍽️ Delicious food lovingly prepared and served by our incredible team of volunteers, who also took care of setup, cleanup, and everything in between.

• ✨ Elegant linens that helped set the tone for a lovely tea service, generously provided by Waggs.​

• 🧁 Gorgeous and mouth-watering cupcakes provided by Oro Home Kitchen — they were almost too pretty to eat (almost!).

• 🎟️ A 50/50 draw with a touching twist — the winner generously donated their prize back to the shelter.​

We are beyond grateful for the warmth and generosity shown by everyone who made this event so special. Events like these not only help raise much-needed funds for our furry residents but also strengthen the community around our mission.

To everyone who contributed time, talent, and heart — thank you. We're already looking forward to next year’s Spring Tea and hope to see even more familiar (and new!) faces. Until then, thank you for “springing into bloom” with us! 🌷🐱
